Penny Reid

I have read most of Penny Reid's books. I adore "Love Hacked" the most as I loved Sandra and Alex as the main characters. Their relationship was... great. I know great is not the best word to use, but it is the simplest. It was funny, and frustrating at times. It was wonderful to feel those mixed emotions that are evoked by fictional characters. I read a lot of books (maybe not too much by other standards), but I can get immune to the generic storyline and characters that come from Romance novels. Everything can start to seem like a blur and nothing can seem special about this story from the next one. I liked how Penny Reid captured my attention. It was not with her first book, or her second, but the fourth book I read that made me appreciate Reid's writing skills. "Love Hacked" is my top book from Penny Reid. I can't wait to read her next installment as it deals with Fiona.

I also want to point out that this fictional group of ladies did not entertain me until I finished all her books. It was not until I finished all the Knitting in the City series books that I missed the ladies and their knitting night the most.
