Nina Bangs Wicked Edge

It's been awhile, sorry y'all!

But oh my god, I've been reading books and binged like crazy. I caught up on Jamie Begley, whom I did not for her one book *cough Fat Louise* because I expected it to go in a completely different way instead of how she wrote it. Please note, I was not annoyed with her writing, but rather I was annoyed by her choice of how the plot and characters were chosen. I caught up on Chantal Fernando, Jay Crownover, and Tillie Cole. I've been waiting for Chantal's new releases and I was so glad that two of her books were out. SO GOOD.

And Jay Crownover, girl, her writing wraps me and transforms me into her world of characters. Her current series, Welcome to the Point, the characters drive me insane in like a good way. I'm currently on her third book in the series, and I'm hooked and at one point I didn't want to reach the end. It's not because I don't want it to end, but what is leading towards the conclusion, oh god, its like those situations where you know the villain has a purpose, and there's no right or wrong, but it's grey for everyone. Decisions were made and in those situation it was either them or you, and the 'them' are not somebodies you know will have your back. Yet, the 'them' could be the better group of people out of the rest of population who are not better but are worse. So truly you find yourself alone with little choices under conditions you don't change or rather can't. So decision were made, and no it comes into conclusion and the consequences are ugly. So I'm stuck, but I'll read on since I must find out what happens after the drama after the consequences.

Okay back to Nina, sorry I got a little sidetracked. I have not read any of Nina Bangs' book since 2010? It's been a long time around 3 or 4 years. I forgot her writing style and I remembered how creative she was in Wicked Edge. The sexual tones are not boiling hot, but I loved it nonetheless. I love the panic of crisis identity within the main character, and the struggle of not having control over your actions. It's pretty obvious to me who was behind everything in the background plot. I don't want to spoil the whole book, but the series is great and I plan to read through it.
